Creating a DxDiag on Windows

Windows has a great way of gathering the information we need built into it.

  • First, search your computer for dxdiag.
  • The correct result will say "Run command".
  • Is there a Run 64-bit DxDiag button? If so, click it.
  • Wait until the green progress bar is filled and goes away.
  • Click on the Save All Information... button.
  • We'd recommend choosing to save it to the Desktop so it's easy to find.
